About Us

Our Vision

At Uniting for Ukrainian Kids, our vision is to rescue and provide a safe haven for war orphans affected by the conflict in Ukraine and Russia. We aim to support these children who have lost their families and homes to violence and unrest by offering a holistic healing process in a nurturing environment that fosters restoration and growth.

Our Mission

Our mission is to empower these children to thrive by providing emotional, physical, and mental support. We strive to instill a sense of hope, purpose, and belonging in each child, enabling them to move forward with confidence and resilience. We are committed to creating a safe and supportive space for war orphans to heal and grow, ultimately helping them to thrive and contribute positively to society.

Our Values

Compassion: We approach each child's unique situation with empathy, understanding, and care, recognizing the importance of emotional support in their healing process.

Collaboration: We work closely with our hosting families, sponsors, and partner organizations to create a strong support network for the children in our program.

Respect: We honor the diverse backgrounds and cultures of the children we serve and embrace their individuality while providing a nurturing environment for growth.

Empowerment: We believe in the potential of each child and work to foster their personal development, encouraging them to build resilience and overcome the challenges they have faced.

Sustainability: We are committed to creating long-lasting change in the lives of the children we serve, with the ultimate goal of breaking the cycle of violence and fostering a brighter future for them and their communities.
